About me

I'm an open source enthusiast, formally educated in biotechnology and molecular biology in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Informally, I have also learnt a lot about programming, hardware development, data analysis, and collaboration.

Here some projects I'm working on:

• My PhD, about molecular biology of yeasts at IFIBYNE. 🎓
• A few R packages and Shiny apps for segmentation of single-cells and microscopy-based cytometry.
• The pipettin' bot; a full-stack open-hardware lab automation platform. 🤖

I'm also a lucky member of the lovely GOSH and reGOSH communities, and a regular lurker of open source hardware forums.
